Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
ImposterHunter operates the imposterhunter.com platform through two legal entities. IMPOSTERHUNTER S.R.L. (Romania, CUI 54468885, Trade Registry J2026024097006) is the contracting party for customers and visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK. Imposter Hunter Solutions (Dubai, UAE, Trade License #1540371) is the contracting party for MENA, GCC, and rest-of-world customers. Where the contracting party is not specified, IMPOSTERHUNTER S.R.L. is the default controller of the personal data described in this policy.
2. What we collect
We collect information you give us when you book a demo or contact our team: your name, work email, company, and any free-form description you provide. We collect aggregated, pseudonymous traffic data through Google Analytics 4 only after you have given explicit consent via the cookie banner. We do not collect personal data about you for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
3. How we use it
We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry. We use the consent-gated GA4 traffic data for aggregated analysis of which pages are useful; never to identify or re-contact individual visitors. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location | Transfer mechanism |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Compute, inference, and storage | US-East and EU-Central | EU SCCs for transfers from EEA controllers |
| Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) | Google Analytics 4: aggregated traffic measurement; consent-gated; IP-anonymized | EU controller; sub-processed by Google LLC in the US | EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two: controller-to-processor); see Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy |
| Calendly LLC (271 17th Street NW, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA) | Scheduling widget for demo calls: consent-gated; receives name, work email, and the proposed meeting time | US | EU Standard Contractual Clauses; see Calendly's privacy notice at https://calendly.com/privacy |
A current subprocessor list and the security model that wraps them is published on our Trust & Security page.
5. International data transfers
Where personal data leaves the EEA (for example, traffic data routed to Google LLC in the US, or a scheduling submission routed to Calendly LLC in the US), the transfer is governed by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) executed with each subprocessor. We do not rely on the deprecated EU–US Privacy Shield framework.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact us at security@imposterhunter.com.
